With over 15 years of extensive experience as an HR practitioner and professional coach, she specializes in helping individuals and organizations unlock their highest potential. Her elite professional credentials include being a Meta-Coach from MCF, a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from Coaching Indonesia, a Master NLP Practitioner, and a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP), among other distinctions.
Throughout her career, Tina has demonstrated deep expertise across the entire people development spectrum—ranging from psychological assessment, counseling, and psychotherapy to strategic human resource development.
